Terms of Service

The conditions for using the Solteria website, accounts, and game server.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Solteria, you agree to these Terms and the Server Rules. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to accept these Terms. You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting your password and recovery key, and all activity performed through your account. Notify Support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Fair use and enforcement

You must follow the Server Rules and applicable law. Bots, exploits, attacks, fraud, harassment, impersonation, unauthorized real-money trading, and attempts to disrupt or access the service without permission are prohibited. We may investigate activity and apply warnings, restrictions, item removal, suspension, or account termination when reasonably necessary.

4. Characters and virtual content

Accounts, characters, virtual currency, items, progression, and other game content are part of the service and do not represent cash, property, or a guaranteed monetary value. We may balance, modify, reset, or remove virtual content to maintain gameplay, repair errors, or protect the server.

5. Public content

Character, guild, and gameplay information may be displayed publicly. You grant us permission to host and display content you submit to public areas of the service. You remain responsible for that content, and we may remove content that violates these Terms or the Server Rules.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an availability basis. Maintenance, faults, updates, security incidents, or project changes may interrupt or end access. We may change features and these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the website when practical.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solteria Administration is not liable for indirect losses, lost progress, lost virtual content, third-party conduct, or interruptions outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Independence and contact

Solteria is an independent fan-operated game server and is not affiliated with or endorsed by CipSoft GmbH. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Questions about these Terms can be submitted through Support.
